Every year we review the performance of all employees during the annual performance review process. The purpose of the process is to provide an opportunity for you to discuss your strengths and areas of development with your line manager and to enable you to discuss and identify any training requirements.
We deliver a vast range of internal training, from improving presentation skills, learning to deliver difficult messages or how best to talk to the media. You name it, we have a course for it! Colliers also supports people through external training and qualifications.

Induction - It's a Knockout
Each year our new cohort of graduates, along with our Emerging Talent team, take part in an ‘It’s a Knockout’ outdoor games challenge as part of induction week.
This is an off-site team building experience so that graduates can network with eachother.
We were delighted to finally be able to bring our 2020 cohort together in June of 2021 to take on the challenge!
