The site which purchased by Hudson Capital (Industrial) Holdings Ltd in mid 2011. Hudson Capital (Industrial) Holdings Ltd has retained M7 Real Estate LLP as asset manager. The asset comprises nine units with space available from 14,000 sq ft to 92,000 sq ft. Within the development is land for expansion (with potential to offer cross loading facilities) as well as a specialist technology centre suitable for automotive / acoustic engineering business.

Each unit has dedicated car and lorry parking; some units have canopied loading arrangements and generous external areas.

Prior to the refurbishment work completing Unit 4 comprising 22,000 sq ft was let to Foray Motor Group.

High Post Business Park is situated 4 miles to the north of Salisbury City Centre with direct access onto the A345 leading to the A303 which is within 4 miles. The A303 leads to the M3 and A34 providing access to the national motorway network.

James Haestier, Director at Colliers International commented: “This is a strategic employment site in Wiltshire and with the shortage of availability in Salisbury these refurbished units are what the market has been crying out for. This is proven with the letting to Foray before the refurbishment works had completed.”
