A client of CBRE Investors, advised by Colliers International in conjunction with XLB, has disposed of a 44,724 sq ft Freehold at Hampton Farm Industrial Estate, Middlesex.

The space, consisting of Units 9, 10 & 11, Hampton Farm Industrial Estate has been disposed of to Dewhurst Plc, a supplier of components to the lift, keypad and rail industries.

Located less than two miles from M4 Junction 3 and a mile from Heathrow Airport, the property was purchased for £3.7m.
