15.03.2011Colliers International has been appointed by disability charity, Scope to manage its retail portfolio of 240 outlets across the UK. Colliers’ Corporate Solutions team won a competitive tender to help Scope to enhance the day-to-day property management of its shop portfolio and further build on its retail success. The Colliers team will deliver strategic estate management, facilities management, treasury management, agency, rating, professional services and building consultancy advice across all the charity’s UK retail properties. The contract is effective from 1 April 2011.
