  • After undertaking a successful marketing campaign Colliers were successful in securing a 15 year lease of the building to Primark Fashion, within a short period of time.
    The Letting was one of the largest transactions completed within the Midlands in 2008.
    Colliers have been retained to sell the investment on behalf of IKEA and are currently receiving offers for the property
