Colliers International has expanded its northern Retail offer with the appointment of two experienced team members. Tom Prescott has been appointed as Associate Director in the Retail team at Colliers’ Manchester office.

Tom joins from the Manchester office of DTZ where he spent more than four years as a senior surveyor specialising in shopping centre and high street retail work.

Tom is experienced in providing advice to landlord, developer, investor and retail clients throughout the North and the Midlands including strategic asset management advice on shopping centre and high street holdings for both regional and national landlords.

Peta Brydon has been appointed as a Senior Surveyor in the Colliers’ Leeds office.

Peta has spent two years working on the acquisition and disposal of high street retail and leisure units with BNP Paribas, where she won the company’s Business Development Best Practice Excellence Award for her work in securing a substantial client contract.
