Understanding and optimizing the value of an asset
In a world that is constantly changing and evolving, it is crucial to understand the market, investor dynamics and indebtedness. In real estate, even the smallest decision and details can result in significant gains or losses. It is necessary to understand general market trends.
Colliers France teams provide you with essential information on all types of properties and can help you use valuations and data to your advantage.
The Colliers France teams carry out valuation assignments in France, Monaco and Luxembourg and also support you in full integration with the Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services network active in 68 countries. We have an important track record in the valuation of both local and pan-European portfolios including all asset classes: office buildings, warehouses, retail, shopping centres, hotels, residential and parking.
We operate in particular contexts such as IPOs, M&As, and the sale of assets from French or foreign public domains. We also take part in the broader advisory assignments related to the ownership or use of real estate assets carried out by our advisory teams. In this context, our experts create valuation models, validate market entry or exit hypotheses and participate in the clients' decision-making process.
Our missions are carried out according to the standards of the RICS RedBook by MRICS Registered Valuers experts in compliance with the principles of independence, objectivity and confidentiality.
Whether you operate a real estate portfolio or a single asset, you may have questions about a site that is unused or deemed obsolete, about the relevance of owning rather than renting. In all cases, it is important that your approach be anchored in a market reality and an urban context that are changing very quickly.
Colliers France's teams, made up of a variety of profiles such as urban planners and financiers, will support you by drawing up a real estate master plan for you that will give you a complete vision of your portfolio and the options available to you according to your business strategy.
On assets or land with an uncertain future, a valuation mission will enable you to document the different possible scenarios, costs, timetables and associated value creation. On the impact of IFRS standards for your company, the choice of an economic model or a financial package, an analysis of your situation will enable you to make an informed decision and optimise your tax situation. Our ambition will always be to optimise your real estate portfolio with regard to your strategic objectives.
