In a world that is constantly changing and evolving, it is crucial to understand the market, investor dynamics and indebtedness. In real estate, even the smallest decision and details can result in significant gains or losses. It is necessary to understand general market trends.
Colliers France teams provide you with essential information on all types of properties and can help you use valuations and data to your advantage.
The Colliers France teams carry out valuation assignments in France, Monaco and Luxembourg and also support you in full integration with the Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services network. We have an important track record in the valuation of both local and pan-European portfolios including all asset classes: office buildings, warehouses, retail, shopping centres, hotels, residential and parking.
We operate in particular contexts such as IPOs, M&As, and the sale of assets from French or foreign public domains. We also take part in the broader advisory assignments related to the ownership or use of real estate assets carried out by our advisory teams. In this context, our experts create valuation models, validate market entry or exit hypotheses and participate in the clients' decision-making process.
We ensure that our clients get the most out of our knowledge, expertise and global alignment.
Our missions are carried out according to the standards of the RICS RedBook by MRICS Registered Valuers experts in compliance with the principles of independence, objectivity and confidentiality.
