Our services for occupiers and tenants

Colliers France accompanies the transformation of companies and public bodies by supporting it through strategy, organization and the prism of the working environment. Its ambition is to develop the direct contribution of real estate to the performance of organizations. This may involve, for example, innovation in real estate development, improving the employee experience, developing or renovating work environments or mobilizing technologies and data. Each development project is unique. Your project must respond specifically to your objectives and challenges, whether they are human, organizational, operational, financial or technical.

As a user consultancy precursor, Colliers France has been assisting companies for nearly 30 years in defining and deploying their real estate strategies and in designing and building their workspaces. It is this experience of real estate projects of all sizes, from the simplest to the most complex, in a variety of business sectors and contexts, that today enables us to support our clients in an increasingly rapid transformation of society, business and work.

We bring together diverse and complementary skills: town planners, management consultants, researchers, real estate experts, experts in Flex and HWoW environments, change management experts, project managers, designers, architects, space planners, work pilots... Our experts work together to design and create workspaces that embody the company's culture and support its organization.
