Norbert joins Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, which includes 80 specialised employees involved in the design or implementation of real estate projects. He has spent a large part of his career with CBRE, which he joined in 2007. He first held the position of Project Manager and then Department Director before being appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace in 2012, renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Annabelle leads the Real Estate Advisory and Strategy & Innovation activities as Advisory Director.

Annabelle has worked as a real estate expert specialising in commercial property. She then joined Savills France as Director of the Valuation Department and later as Director of the Advisory & Audit Department and member of the Executive Committee. Annabelle continued her career at Aveltys, the joint venture of Bouygues Immobilier and Schneider Electric dedicated to the energy performance of commercial buildings, as Key Account Sales Director.

Annabelle joined Colliers in July 2022 as Director of Advisory, which combines the activities of Real Estate Advisory and Strategy & Innovation. The Advisory activity, which has a long history at Colliers, develops a very broad approach to commercial real estate and assists its clients in their transformation and in the definition of their sustainable real estate strategy, in particular to meet the objectives in terms of low carbon and the Eco-Energy Tertiary Decree.

I'm the Managing Director of Colliers in Lyon, France. I work for Colliers since 2012. I'm In charge of managing a team of 20 expert in Real-Estate and Project-Management. In Charge of developping the Business for Colliers in Lyon both on the Real Estate (Tenant Representation and Real Estate Consulting) and project Management maket (PM Consultancy).

I'm also responsible to facilitate the management of all client’s needs when expanding, contracting or consolidating office spaces and buildings. This includes all aspects of :
• End to End Project Management consultancy
• Construction Management
• Programming (new or refurbishment) space planning
• Architectural concept and design
• Turnkey/Design and Build
• Integration of sustainability issues
• Move management

and also assist our customers with their Real Estate startegy, including : 

- Site Searches
- Acquisitions and disposals –owned and leased
- Lease renewal and renegotiation
- Lease restructuring

Before joining Colliers, I worked for Tamarys. A company I created in France (Paris) to manage end-to-end large office projects for customers. Dedicated to assist customer in all steps of their relocation project.

Main Business activities :
• Project Management (Planning, budget, vendor selection, project charter and project plan).
• Architecture (Fit out, space planning, facility engineering and specification ), 
• Building infrastructure, redundancy and Facility Management (Cabling, Computer Room, Access control, Building commissioning and acceptance, move and logistic, site closure).
• Procurement, negotiation and contract vendor’s management.
• Team (Internal and External) Coordination and management.
• Human Resources and Unions negotiations

With 25 years of expertise in supporting companies threw the transformation of their working environments in line with their strategic challenges (human and business), Frédérique currently manages the Workplace consulting, Change management and R&D activities of Colliers International France. Its missions consist in advising companies on all aspects of a work environment project.

Initially trained in change management, marketing and support after her first years of professional life in the communication field, Frédérique then worked on working environments transformation projects in France. Through these experiences, she developed a holistic approach to companies by focusing on their culture, changing working methods challenges, economic context and field of activity, and by designing working environments specific to each of her clients.

Jérémie Bonnefond has a strong experience in development of Corporate Real Estate function (Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management) in large companies. He has operated in the occupiers industry as a consultant since 13 years with big consulting firms (Deloitte. and BearingPoint) and now since 4 years with Colliers International France. He has contributed to develop new Real Estate strategy, business model, operating model, governance and tools to a large panel of companies such as Orange, Société Générale, Engie, L'Oréal, Colas, Sanofi, La Poste, Université de Bordeaux, Université Paris Est Créteil. 

Regis joined Colliers in 2020 as a Director for Corporate Solutions, acting as an Account Manager for key corporate accounts and providing real estate solutions to global corporate clients. Regis brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with prior positions in real estate development and occupier oriented transaction services for both industrial and office assets. 

Regis aims at providing his clients with the highest industry standards and continuous quality service improvements in all locations across the globe, relying on teams of local experts chosen based upon the skills required to successfully complete their assignments. Regis also relies on his broad international experience, having worked 6 years in Casablanca, Morocco and his knowledge of large international corporations to provide best in class portfolio advisory and international transaction management.   

Regis is currently heading the Corporate Sotutions team in France, providing international Account Management and Transaction Management to a wide range of French multinational companies.

Michel joined AOS (former name of Colliers in France) in 2007.

He first managed real estate strategy and tenant rep assignments for big companies. 

Since 2016, he manages the project management team in Paris.

Before joining Colliers (AOS), he was executive aAssistant in a holding company specialized in healthcare "BTG Industries and Santé where he had a role in management control, mergers and acquisitions and secial projects, among which he managed several  real estate projects.
