Transactional activity slowed slightly in the third quarter, but this did not impact the good level of demand placed, which has remained high since the beginning of the year.


The tension on immediate supply is at its peaks in Paris, where vacancies are at a historically low level. The periphery is benefiting from the exhaustion of supply in the capital and is attracting more and more large and medium-sized companies. The observed increase in rents is gradually continuing and should continue in the central sectors.
