U.F.O. the new headquarters of leboncoin

After the head office located at 58 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, leboncoin renews its confidence in Colliers International France and entrusts it with the design and implementation of the fittings for its new offices. The management of Le Bon Coin has chosen to locate in the very dynamic Le Sentier district, in the UFO building restructured by the Axel Schoenert Architects agency, according to the employees' living quarters.

The UFO site thus becomes the second Parisian address of the Leboncoin group. The ambition of the project was to guarantee the diversity of uses of the dynamic environment in coherence with the working environments already deployed at the head office and to define an identity reflecting the collaborative culture of the Leboncoin group, in coherence with the architectural style of the building.

"leboncoin is 2nd in the Great Place To Work ranking and part of the explanation lies in our beautiful premises, which we have been imagining since 2012 with Colliers International France. In our two sites they have managed to translate what makes our DNA: conviviality, agility with modular and varied spaces, environmental commitment in the choice of materials and the greening of interior spaces... it goes much further than just workstations, everything is designed to stimulate creativity, collaboration and cohesion. "Antoine Jouteau, Managing Director of the Leboncoin Group.

The work café "Chez Clémence", thanks to the creation of a central staircase, allows direct access to the rooftop, a place to breathe with a luxuriant vegetal atmosphere.

Nature as a corporate culture: planters punctuate the circulation, a green carpet in the heart of the plateau echoes the central patio, double-height green walls plunge the employee into lush nature.

Committed to an eco-responsible and solidarity-based approach, the choice of premises was made for a building with several labels. This commitment continued in the new developments by recovering a large amount of furniture and lighting from other sites, in the choice of natural and environmentally friendly materials (rubber, ropes, birch, etc.), color schemes imagined and inspired by nature, as well as acoustic comfort (treatment of meeting rooms / bubbles / conviviality and team spaces).

"Our collaboration with Colliers International France, which is a partner that listens to the evolution of our group, anticipates our needs and offers us agile and collaborative arrangements, is a real satisfaction. These arrangements provide user-friendly and environmentally friendly workspaces, which make sense for the evolution of our working methods. The integration of lush indoor vegetation in cohesion with the outdoor green spaces allows us to escape while being in the heart of Paris in professional premises. The final result always pleasantly surprises the employees and contributes to the second place in the GPTW ranking. Thank you for this quality support. "Sylvie Leforestier, General Services Manager.

Awaken curiosity and propose to test new uses through 13 cabinets of curiosities, small team spaces that punctuate all levels and offer inspiring and stimulating spaces with a theme and identity for each one.

"The challenge is to offer employees new ways of using the system, to enrich their experience by proposing new types of spaces where they can work differently in an approach based on innovation and creativity, flexibility and agility, for individual or collective work, face-to-face or at a distance, concentrated or collective, but always in a friendly atmosphere. "Audrey Dudoit, Architect Colliers International France.
