It is with the objective of experimenting with new methods of work organisation to generate more synergy, better communication and more emulation between departments and different business lines that Neuflize OBC asked Colliers International France to support it in the design and implementation of its new work environments.

The "activity-based" work environment

It is the dynamic environment (already experienced by the ABN AMRO group at its headquarters in the Netherlands) that has been chosen by Colliers and Neuflize OBC to promote nomadism and transversality. We therefore experience the benefits of a working environment with different types of workstations for different uses: I move around in the space dedicated to the activity I am carrying out at the moment.

Promoting digitisation was a key issue particularly pushed by the President with the creation of a Digital Factory. This is an opportunity to create an innovative "co-working" space to enhance the Bank's strong and modern image. The objective is to create an innovative coworking zone to give a strong and modern image of the bank but also to work on the development of new digital communication and sharing tools that will revolutionize the banking world. The principle of the zone is to promote flexibility.

The space is reconfigurable to meet the different uses and activities: Digital workspace for external and internal consultants, training and internal connection space or even event space around the agora and its 85 inch Digital Visio screen to group, inform and consult all employees. In the long term, the Digital Factory can also become a space for incubation, acceleration and open innovation, allowing partners to be welcomed around innovative themes.
