Creation of an identity for the Insight building

The Insight property complex, consisting of 4 buildings that can welcome around 3,700 people, is located between the gates of Bagnolet and Montreuil, a neighbourhood that is currently being rebuilt. The challenge of this mission was to demonstrate the future appeal of a neighbourhood undergoing total reconstruction and to reassure both investors and future users by highlighting the attractiveness of these future working environments, as well as the architectural and living qualities of the building. This district will host new office, housing and retail projects in the medium term.

Missions

The Marketing Management team of Colliers France has supported Européquipements and Quartus in the marketing of this asset in close collaboration with our Agency and Capital Markets teams.

Our Marketing Management mission had two objectives: firstly, the production of documents aimed at investors in order to sell the asset, and secondly, the production of documents aimed at users. We produced several communication tools: identity, brochure, 3D film, website and signage.
