The headquarters of the Association française des entreprises privées, located in Paris, is getting a facelift.
Reinventing its head office in an elegant, modern and hushed spirit is the ambitious project that Afep (French Association of Private Companies) has entrusted to Colliers! The main challenge was to provide a quality of space that embodies and consolidates the spirit of Afep and its members (CAC40 companies), but also its brand image.
The design of these spaces took place in two stages. First of all, the layout and distribution of the spaces had to be reviewed, as it was necessary to integrate new needs related to the capacity for evening receptions and large committee meetings. Then, in a second stage, increase the efficiency of the staff areas in anticipation of an increased workforce.

The reception bank, made of wood and marble, integrates all the functionalities of the reception desk, electrification, storage and visitors' wardrobe.
This table in the centre of the boardroom offers two postures of use: classic sitting posture and cocktail mode. Fully automated to change its height, it can be transformed from a large table for 18 people to a high buffet for events.
"We have rethought the welcome, the reception of members and the image of the work spaces in a modern, elegant and hushed spirit. In addition, our client wanted us to reinvent the layout of the workspaces with multi-use and multi-position spaces to provide efficiency and flexibility of use for both employees and visitors." Ludovic Tallon, Design Director at Colliers International France
