Design of the interior fittings of a haute couture house in Paris

Head office of a haute couture house in Paris

CAP5 Conseil called on Colliers to assist in the design of the interior fittings for the head office of one of its clients, a major luxury brand, located in the first arrondissement of Paris.

The client wanted to reorganise their teams in this BREEAM Very Good and HQE Bâtiment Tertiaire-certified office building, while reflecting on the capacity of their workspaces and the move of their teams to the building. Started in 2016, this large-scale real estate project was delivered in 2021. Together with CAP5 Conseil and the client, Colliers determined the megazoning scenarios that best met the needs of the teams' proximity and internal organisation. Open and closed workspaces with allocated workstations, modular or non-modular meeting rooms, project spaces, coworking space for external workers, and bubbles... employees now benefit from agile, comfortable and multi-use office space.

The guideline: follow the brand identity to develop a minimalist and graphic architectural concept

"Neutrality of tones, play of white and black, volumes and transparency, alternating glossy and matt effects, wood inlay... the design codes chosen contribute to creating a sober, rhythmic and elegant graphic spirit. The design of these work environments has been thought out to serve the usefulness of the employees (modular meeting room furniture, separate bookcases, written walls, etc.)." Marielle Hatem, Head of Conception at Colliers France.
