Since the end of 2020, Colliers France's MAP-AMO team, with its technical partners, has been leading a project management assistance mission for the major renovation of the existing 14,000m2 and the new extension of 6,800m2 of the DRIEAT site (Regional and Interdepartmental Directorate of Equipment and Planning of Ile-de-France), on rue Miollis in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

Supported by the Direction de l'Immobilier de l'Etat (DIE), this mission is being carried out under the UGAP contract. In addition to the real estate aspect, the project must meet three major commitments:
- Creation of a multi-occupant administrative site with densification and increase of the reception capacity (1081 workstations, i.e. 460 additional),
- Complete rehabilitation of the site and buildings,
- Double HQE and BDF certification with a high level of energy performance.
Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2024. This project was honoured as one of the outstanding projects in the Ile-de-France region at a "France Relance" award ceremony organised by Olivier Dussopt, Minister Delegate for Public Accounts. More information >
