After a first project to fit out the Boulogne-Billancourt headquarters in 2019, Davidson Consulting has once again entrusted Colliers with the design of its workspaces, an extension linked to the main building by a footbridge.
The challenge for the Colliers teams was to deploy the architectural concept of Davidson Consulting rue Fanfan la Tulipe, while combining it with the strong identity of the building located on Place René Clair just near. A new space in the image of Davidson's friendly spirit, even more striking, green and decadent!
The project includes a surface area of more than 1,000m² on two levels: the first floor, which includes a café and lunch area called Le Retropical and a cluster of meeting rooms, and the second floor, which brings together work spaces. Since the last project in 2019, Davidson has been awarded with the B Corp label impliquant de faire des choix vertueux aussi bien dans la sélection des matériaux que du mobilier. « Our inspiration? The Amazon jungle, an inspiring new destination at the opposite of office codes, which immerses users even more in the vegetation » Aurélie Bracik, Project Architect.
The employee must benefit from the same work experience on both sites with collaborative spaces that are well thought out and comfortable to use. Work was done on the flows so as not to isolate this new space from the main building, by proposing a differentiated catering offer and meeting rooms, all in a "green jungle" spirit.
The new premises had to reflect Davidson's collective and disruptive DNA and offer a unique work experience to attract and retain its young talent.
The project's strong image challenge also prompted the architect to shake up the codes of traditional offices, as was the case in the previous project, to create a unique work experience. In line with the concept, this second site embodies a new destination while remaining consistent with the material application codes, the spirit of the furniture and the play of patterns of the first site.
The building offers a working environment where light and vegetation are omnipresent. The inside-outside spirit is reinforced by the scenic greenery, a thread running from the collaborative spaces to spaces dedicated to individual work. Davidson Consulting offers atypical workspaces, which aim to provide a unique and stimulating work experience that helps attract and retain young talent.
