Colliers France associated with BearingPoint and their partners are renewed for 3 years on the UGAP "Real Estate Consulting" market

UGAP selected the group composed by Colliers, lead contractor, and its co-contractors BearingPoint, Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats and 14 Pyramides.

Presentation of UGAP and scope of the « Real Estate Consulting » offer

UGAP (Union des Groupements d'Achats Publics) is the only national generalist public purchasing centre. It aims to simplify public ordering and provides immediate access to over 1.4 million references online.

The "Real Estate Consulting" market aims to offer tailor-made solutions to all public players (the State and its decentralised services, local authorities, public establishments and health players) in order to support them in their real estate strategy and projects. In September 2022, UGAP selected the consortium formed by Colliers and its co-contractors, who have been working together since 2019 on the real estate projects of UGAP's public clients. This support will cover a wide range of expertise such as: the implementation of real estate master plans, project management, assistance for real estate projects, support for the transformation of work environments or the definition of a sustainable real estate policy, throughout all metropolitan France and the DROM-COM (Overseas Departments and Regions and Overseas Collectivities).

UGAP's property consultancy market

To take up this new challenge, Colliers has chosen to associate 3 co-contractors with the group: BearingPoint, a management consulting firm recognised for its strong positioning in the public sector and its real estate consulting activities, Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, a law firm with a strong presence in the public sector for all the legal aspects of a real estate project, and 14 Pyramides, a firm of notaries, for securing transactional projects (sale and acquisition). Their complementary expertise and knowledge of the real estate challenges facing the French public sector enable them to provide tailor-made solutions to UGAP's clients throughout France and the French overseas territories.

This consortium also relies on a network of partners with expertise in functional areas and knowledge covering the entire territory.

« Our knowledge of the entire real estate value chain, from the transformation of organisations to the transaction or renegotiation of leases, including the management of development or construction/restructuring projects, is our strength in assisting public players in all their real estate projects. Moreover, this market guarantees all public entities efficiency and time savings while benefiting from the quality of advice provided by Colliers and all its partners. We are pleased and proud to continue this collaboration with UGAP for another three years at a time when there are many real estate issues that need to be addressed to support the transformation of the public sector », said Antoine Derville, President of Colliers France.

« For several years, BearingPoint has made real estate, and more specifically workspace evolution, a vector of transformation for its clients (from real estate master plans to development projects). The renewal of the market is an opportunity for us to be part of a real continuity of support for the transformation of the public sphere, in the real estate field » declares Olivier Chappert, Real Estate Partner at BearingPoint France.
