Colliers supports Kearney in its new headquarters project

Leading global management consultancy Kearney (France) has chosen Colliers to find and lease their future offices at AXA Investment Managers' new "Society Opera" building in Paris, just east of the historic Opera Garnier.

As the contractual expiry of its premises in the 7th arrondissement of Paris approached, the strategy consulting firm Kearney (France) wanted to move its teams to a prime building, fit for the evolution of its working methods and in a dynamic environment.

The choice fell on the Society Opéra building (9th arrondissement), managed by AXA IM Alts and currently undergoing restructuring. « The location and service offering of Society Opera fully correspond to the development challenges of Kearney's Paris office. The conviviality and reception areas, the 'bistronomic' restaurant, the 'green bar', the fitness room, the bicycle workshop, etc. will enable Kearney to welcome its clients, attract the best talent and develop its teams in a dynamic environment focused on well-being. At the same time, the efficiency of the space allows for a modular organisation that responds to the flexible and increasingly organised project team working styles », notes Tanya Markoff Cravero, Associate Director Tenant Representation at Colliers. Kearney has taken a lease on a 2,000 sqm site for nine years. The teams are expected to move in September 2022.

AXA IM Alts was advised in this transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Ockham Avocats. KEARNEY was advised by Colliers and Bird & Bird.
