Magali Marton joins Colliers France's board as Head of Communication, Marketing, Research & Data

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, her mission will be to support the development of Colliers' activities, to assert its positioning and to implement an innovative and value-creating data strategy.


Magali Marton began her career at Grecam in 1998 where she was responsible for the Observatory of Housing Real Estate in the Île-de-France region and then the Observatory of Corporate Real Estate. In 2005, she joined DTZ - which became Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 - where she spent most of her career as Head of Research. With her teams, she was in charge of producing market studies (rental and investment) on all tertiary asset classes (offices, retail, warehouses, business premises, healthcare and hotels) and residential properties. Magali was also responsible for developing business intelligence and market data tools. From 2009 to 2016, she coordinated the Research teams for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). 



Magali Marton joins Colliers France as Director of Communication, Marketing, Research & Data. As a new member of the board, she will be responsible for supporting the development of the company's activities, affirming its positioning and implementing an innovative and value-creating data strategy. She will draw on Colliers' many areas of expertise, including those of the Research & Data team, led by Laurence Bouard with 5 people dedicated to observing real estate markets, trends by sector of activity and territorial dynamics.
