Management Audit Programmation
MAP (Management Audit Programming) provides project owners, developers, designers, companies and real estate project partners with the necessary advice and expertise, from audit to decision making to project implementation monitoring as a Project Owner Assistant (PMA) or Delegated Project Manager (DPM), in line with performance objectives.
With extensive cumulative experience of projects, whether in new construction or in the restructuring of buildings of all kinds, MAP offers its experience, its technical expertise in buildings, its advice in setting up operations (CPI, BEFA or Lease in the Future Completion State, VEFA for Sale in the Future Completion State) and its knowledge of user needs.
