Emeric held various management and consulting positions in IT services companies before joining Colliers International France in 2004 as Project Director. With initial legal training (IHEDREA), he divides his activity between the Transformation Projects Department and the operational department by directly managing complex operations or using transversal skills (AMO, workplace, change. . . ).
I've been working in Colliers France since 2003, as architect (DPLG). In 2011, I became architects and graphic designer's co-manager (40 people), with Pierre Sanfourche. Since 2015, I manage the graphic designers department (16 people).
As head of the Scope team, Pierre manages project monitoring activities across the board with the Transaction division at Colliers International France. He accompanies his clients on the organization, planning and budget.
Pierre joined Colliers International France in 1993 as an Architect, then Project Manager, and Head of Architects. He has worked for a wide range of clients such as start-ups, lawyers, industry, banks, etc. He holds a DESA Architect degree.
