Professional Summary
Magali began her career at Grecam in 1998 where she was responsible for the Residential Real Estate database in the Île-de-France region and then for the Commercial Real Estate database. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 - formerly DTZ - where she spent most of her career as Research Director. With her teams, she was in charge of producing research reports on the investment, office, retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare assets markets. Magali was also responsible for developing business intelligence tools and market data management covering all asset classes (office, retail, logistics, residential, healthcare, both on the user and investment markets). From 2009 to 2016, she coordinated the Research team for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa), before refocusing her activity on the French market.
She joins Colliers France in 2021 as Marketing, Communication, Research & Data Director and member of the Board.
Education
Magali holds a DEA in Communication Law from the University of Paris Assas and is a graduate of the Institute of Judicial Studies of the same university. She is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Memberships & Involvements
Magali is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors); she created and leads the professional group dedicated to Research. She participates in the various surveys conducted by the RICS. Magali is also an active member of the ORIE (Observatoire Régional de l'Immobilier d'Entreprise) Ile-de-France.

Graduated from University of Paris-I-Panthéon-Sorbonne, Benjamin worked for 10 years at ICADE prior to the acquisition by Colliers International. His role is to analyse in a contextual way the strengths and weaknesses of the territory in order to offer a strategic vision adapted to each business issue. Benjamin specialize in positioning, promoting and operating tertiary, residential and commercial assets.
Interior Architect since 2000, I've chosen to become a graphist designer in 2012. Since 2015, I'm Head of Creation in the french marketing department.
Previously to Colliers that I've joined in September 2011, I worked for 17 years in Pampelonne, a Public Relations Agency specialized in Sports Marketing (Roland Garros, Stade de France, NBA ...) as Public Relations Officer.
