Antoine joins Colliers from Deloitte Consulting, a world leader in management consulting, where he was a Partner in charge of Consulting for banking and real estate groups. He was previously Managing Partner of Deloitte in Morocco and Finance Director for Africa. With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and corporate real estate, Antoine has accompanied leading national and international organisations, including Crédit Agricole, HSBC, Société Générale, Gecina and Immochan, on their strategic real estate challenges, with a specialisation in digital transformation, tomorrow's work, innovation and operational efficiency.
Real estate is at the heart of many challenges and opportunities for our company and our growth. HEAD OF WORKPLACE CHANGE R and D
With 25 years of expertise in supporting companies threw the transformation of their working environments in line with their strategic challenges (human and business), Frédérique currently manages the Workplace consulting, Change management and R&D activities of Colliers International France. Its missions consist in advising companies on all aspects of a work environment project.
Initially trained in change management, marketing and support after her first years of professional life in the communication field, Frédérique then worked on working environments transformation projects in France. Through these experiences, she developed a holistic approach to companies by focusing on their culture, changing working methods challenges, economic context and field of activity, and by designing working environments specific to each of her clients.

Norbert joins Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, which includes 80 specialised employees involved in the design or implementation of real estate projects. He has spent a large part of his career with CBRE, which he joined in 2007. He first held the position of Project Manager and then Department Director before being appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace in 2012, renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017.
Gautier has more than 8 years of experience representing users within the consulting firms CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. His background has given him the opportunity to support a large number of clients in their real estate projects. This diversity allows him to address a multitude of issues, from the development of master plans to the conduct of negotiations.
Graduated with an MBA from ESSEC, Gautier began his career in the catering trade (Sector Manager at Compass Group).
DIRECTEUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Emeric held various management and consulting positions in IT services companies before joining Colliers International France in 2004 as Project Director. With initial legal training (IHEDREA), he divides his activity between the Transformation Projects Department and the operational department by directly managing complex operations or using transversal skills (AMO, workplace, change. . . ).
