Antoine joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Head of France and a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. His expertise in corporate real estate services brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 30 years, having held senior positions with CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Ernst & Young. He is well known for his client focus, strategic vision and enterprising spirit.
Caroline, previously Chief Transformation Officer of Colliers, has joined the Board as Director of Human Resources and Transformation, also in charge of CSR and Work Environment activities in early 2021. Her three missions are to accelerate the transformation of the company's culture, management and hybrid ways of working in order to achieve the ambitions of the new strategic plan to 2025, in a more transverse and agile organisation.
With more than 30 years of experience in change management and communication, Caroline has spent a large part of her professional career in the Ministry of the Armed Forces as Head of Communication. She joined the real estate market in 2007 as Director of the Change Management Department at Colliers France. In 2019, she was promoted to Chief Transformation Officer, with the mission of leading the managerial community, developing the corporate culture and fostering employee commitment.
She is graduated from Celsa (Sorbonne/Communication), English (Sorbonne), journalism (CFJ) and executive coach (IFG).
Magali began her career at Grecam in 1998 where she was responsible for the Residential Real Estate database in the Île-de-France region and then for the Commercial Real Estate database. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 - formerly DTZ - where she spent most of her career as Research Director. With her teams, she was in charge of producing research reports on the investment, office, retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare assets markets. Magali was also responsible for developing business intelligence tools and market data management covering all asset classes (office, retail, logistics, residential, healthcare, both on the user and investment markets). From 2009 to 2016, she coordinated the Research team for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa), before refocusing her activity on the French market.
She joins Colliers France in 2021 as Marketing, Communication, Research & Data Director and member of the Board.
Laurent is Chief Financial Officer for Colliers France, a role he has held since February 2021.
Laurent brings 20+ years of multinational experience in Commercial Real Estate and Audit to Colliers France, starting with a 9-year audit experience with PwC (1999-2007) in Lyon, New York and Paris. Laurent then joined GE Real Estate where he held various pan-European Finance roles in Paris, London and Frankfurt until 2016 (Accounting, Planning & Analysis, Project Management, M&A). From 2017 to 2020, Laurent led the Finance team at Logicor France 2017-2020, the European specialist of Logistics Property, where he positioned the platform for sale by Blackstone to CIC in 2017 and piloted the transformation its operations for long-term growth and European scale. Before joining Colliers, Laurent was General Secretary for Novaxia, a Paris-based regulated asset management outfit specialised in real estate, with oversight over all group support functions.
