Professional Summary

I started with Colliers in 2021 working as Head of Capital Markets with a focus on mergers and transactions in Finland. Before Colliers I have worked since late 1970´s in different positions in real estate markets in Finland including development processes, transaction brokerage, consultancy, leasing financing and valuations. I have worked for my own company as well as in many management processes in different companies in Finland. During my carrier I have worked premises everywhere in the country but of course mainly in biggest cities.

In my existing head position, I started to develop transaction business in Colliers Finland practically speaking from scrats. It has been very helpful to have noticed that Colliers really is a global organisation and there is a lot and deep understanding of cross border business opportunities. We have used EMEA level assistance in several cases which has if I understand given new perspective for our clients too. The last development in CM has been established in valuation and I´m happy to tell that I has started on a very active way and will be one of the corner stones of CM business in Finland.
