Alberto Díaz is Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department at Colliers International. He has more than 15 years of experience and has developed most of his professional career in irea, a company integrated into the current Colliers in 2018 and in which he became Senior Director of the Corporate Finance division.
His experience is focused on real estate assets and corporate transactions, as well as financing structuring and distressed situations, having advised on transactions for more than 15,000 million euros.
In recent years he has specialised in structuring investment operations in the real estate sector, leading the relationship with international funds and creating alliances between developers and local equity companies and institutional funds.

Carolina is an Associate Director at Colliers International Spain, Barcelona Office, where she provides expert advice in management and value-add investment opportunities.
Carolina has been Technical Manager at Niöra Real Estate, and Manager of Levante Capital Partners’s portfolio, from 2012 to 2018, when Niöra Real Estate joined at Colliers International.
She also acted as technical advisor in the business development phases prior to acquiring assets and has worked as head of architecture and project manager.
Years before, she collaborated in architectural, urban planning and landscape projects.
Mariano García Montenegro is Managing Director in REMs & Technical Services. He started his career in FM Arquitectos before becoming in 2007 a part of CBRE Spain as National Managing Director of the Design & Build department for 10 years. In 2018 he cofounded HOLArquitectura, Architecture firm that has become part of Colliers in 2020.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture field; he is an expert in workspaces as advisor and designer both for owners and tenants, counting also with a large experience in hotel and residential fields.
Architect and Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience designing and managing office projects, interior design, asset repositioning and hotels, supported by multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high quality deliveries.
Focused on the management and development of projects from the concept ideas to the implementation project, including licensing processes, as well as construction management.
Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to actively work on national and international initiatives and projects, working abroad, one year in Switzerland and two in Paris, coordinating construction and implementation being part of multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, cost & planner managers.
Before joining the Colliers team, in recent years she has had the opportunity to lead the Design & Build team of CBRE Spain as Director, working for clients such as Colonial, KPMG, Indra, Accenture, SAP, Allianz or Starwood.
