Alberto Díaz is Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department at Colliers International. On the other hand, he has a large experience developing dashboard (Power BI) and financial models using VBA to increase the excel power in asset valuations, feasibility studies, scenario analysis, portfolio segmentations and automated processes.
