The logistic sector is consolidating its position as one of the most attractive for national and international investors.
In this first half of the year, the Logistics Property Sector continued to show strong growth, in line with previous years.
At 30 June, Spain’s three main logistics markets (Central Area, Catalonia and Valencia) recorded very positive take-up. Rents continued on an upward trend across all locations, driven now also by the rise in interest rates and the increase in industrial land prices and construction costs.
The Logistics Property Sector continues to pro-ve itself one of the most attractive sectors for Spanish and international investors.
The first six months of the year ended with in-vestment of more than €1,500 million, equal to 54% of the total investment recorded in 2021.
