Montevidal | Arturo Soria

Montevidal was born from the integral rehabilitation of the existing building: a 1980 construction with five floors, surrounded by valuable trees, in keeping with the vegetation and gardens of the area.

The building located in Arturo Soria consists of 23 homes of different types (2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms), where functionality, light and spaciousness always prevail. In addition to its careful design and the choice of long-lasting materials, with the possibility of adapting the homes to each family.
