Colliers advises Ares Management’s Real Estate Group in the acquisition of 401 residential portfolio units in Alcalá de Henares

Colliers International announced today that it advised real estate funds managed by an affiliate of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) in the acquisition of 401 residential units located in the Corredor del Henares, in the Madrid region. The residences will considerably increase the rental offering in the area.

The properties are located close to El Corredor del Henares in a new residential area well connected to the city through the A-2 Highway and public transportation.

The close of this transaction consolidates Colliers’ leadership as the main advisor in the residential market. Since 2017, Colliers International Spain has advised deals valued over €3.4 billion and 6 sqm million of buildable surface area, including land plot transactions, ongoing developments, build-to-rent deals, project financing and home selling.
