Colliers International Spain advises Signal Capital Partners on the sale of an office building in Madrid for € 37.5 million

Colliers has acted as sole advisor for Signal Capital Partners on the sale of an office building in Agustín de Foxá 25, Madrid. The building is located in the axis of the future Castellana North District and extends to an area of 7,000 sqm, 13 floors and 143 parking spaces. It has been renovated in 2018 and adapted to the highest quality standards.

Agustín de Foxá 25 is excellently communicated adjacent to Chamartín Station and the area is a strategic pinpoint of investor focus. The asset is 100% occupied with tenants such as the Ministry of Finance and the leading appliance distribution company, Candy.

She has worked in Marketing and PR across various industries including Financing, Real Estate, Fashion and Hospitality. Alejandra  also has experience in managing and coordinating  events including conference, congress and trade fairs.
