Patricia Rodríguez works as an Analyst for the Hotels Department at Colliers International Spain. She joined Colliers in 2021 after working for multiple industry-related companies such as Melià Hotels International, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts and The Hotel Factory. Since she joined Colliers, she has advised on hotel sales, as well as on the sale and purchase of debt portfolios secured by hotel assets and company sales, both from a sell-side and a buy-side perspective.
Besides her financial expertise, she also has experience in operative strategic consulting since she has participated in repositioning projects advising major institutional funds on day-to-day hotel operations (revenue management, multi-channel marketing strategy, F&B conceptualization, etc.).
Accomplishments
Patricia has participated in deals totaling an investment volume of over 900 €M, figure that includes some of the most notable hotel transactions executed in the past year such as the acquisition of the Selenta Portfolio by Brookfield (440M €M) or the acquisition of the Punta Negra Hotel by Blasson Property Investments (90€M + 90€M CapEx).

My Team
Miguel is Managing Partner of Hotels Department at Colliers International Spain. He was a founding partner of irea and Director of the Hotel Division until March 2018, when irea joined Colliers International. He is held in high regard in the hotel sector thanks to his specialist knowledge and in-depth financial approach. He focuses on offering advice to investment funds, hotel chains and hotel owners.
Laura Hernando is Managing Director of the Hotels Department at Colliers International Spain. She was partner of irea from January 2017, when she was appointed to partner after more than ten years of professional career at the firm, until March 2018 when irea joined Colliers International. She specialises in advising on hotel sales, as well as on the sale and purchase of debt portfolios secured by hotel assets and company sales. She also has experience in structuring financing for the acquisition and development of hotels, in financial restructuring for hotel and real estate groups and in strategic consultancy for companies with interests invested in the hotel sector, including the negotiation of management contracts with hotel chains.
She began her career as an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department at Atlas Capital Close Brothers. Laura joined the irea Hotels division in 2005.
Tamara Alonso joined irea's, currently Colliers International Corporate Finance, Hotels Division in 2012 , having previously worked at MCH Private Equity. During her first two and a half years in the Company, she perfomed advisory services on the sale and purchase of hotel assets and portfolios, operator searches, feasibility analysis, valuations, market reaserch and other consultancy projects. She then continued her career at Servihabitat Servicios Inmobiliario's Corporate Development department for another two years and a half where she performed works based on developing new business lines for the Company, advisory on the acquisition of all type of real estate asset and debt portfolios for renowned international funds, key account roles, and participation in potential merger and acquisition transactons in the servicing sector. She rejoined Colliers International Corporate Finance's Hotels Division in December 2017 as Senior Analyst and is now Associate Director.
Ignacio joined irea, currently Colliers International Corporate Finance, in 2017 where he works as an Analyst in the Hotels Division. Since he joined the Company, he has taken part in the advisory of several M&A transactions involving hotels and Real Estate portfolios, search of financing, valuation, search of hotel operator, market research and other consultancy projects.
Eduardo joined irea, currently Colliers international Spain, in 2016 where he works as a Senior Analyst in the Hotels Division. Since he joined irea, he has taken part in the advisory of the sale and purchase of hotels and debt portfolios, valuation, market research and other consultancy projects.
Jordi joined Colliers in 2021 where he is currently an Analyst in the Hotel & Resorts Division. Since joining the company, he has collaborated on hotel transaction projects, advised on the sale of hotel debt portfolios, as well as valuation and feasibility analysis.
Previously, in 2019 he joined Spinnia Asset Management as a Junior Analyst, carrying out an analysis of opportunities for Logistic, Hotels and Office assets located both in Spain and Portugal, offering operational advice to private and institutional investors.
Jordi holds a double degree in Business Administration and Management & Finance and Accounting from Universitat Rovira y Virgili (URV) in Tarragona, where he obtained honors for the thesis titlted Success Factors in Real Estate Crowdfunding. He completed his studies with an international mobility program at the School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University in the United States, for which he received the award for best international transcript.
