Trained as a civil engineer with a further master’s degree in business administration, my career has been focused on business development and business management in the construction-real estate sector. More particularly in Commercial Real Estate and Land Development.

- Sale of a plot of more than 70.000sqm in Abrera (Barcelona) to Patrizia. Representing Liberbank as the Landlord.
- Sale of more than 200.000 m2 of industrial plots to VGP in San Fernando de Henares
- Sale of an industrial plot in Torrejón de Ardoz to DS Smith.
- Opening of 116 SPORTIUM stores in Catalonia, 80 in the Canary Islands, and 25 in Castilla La Mancha
- Signing of the sale of more than 100,000 m2 of industrial buildings.
- Asset management of the SEB portfolio in Spain.
- Signing of the sale of retail assets to Porcelanosa, Urende, Decathlon, etc.

He began his professional career in 2006 in the I&L department of King Sturge as a junior real estate consultant, performing sales of industrial buildings, land, search and acquisition of all types of real estate assets.
In 2005 he was hired by Summa Real State as director of the south warehouse in Madrid, managing a team of several people and carrying out transactions in the sale of warehouses and land.
In 2006 he returned to King Sturge as Director of Developments. In 2006 he returned to King Sturge as Director of Developments, searching for industrial land for large developers of industrial buildings, presenting viable projects for future construction and advising on market prices. In 2008 and the beginning of the crisis in Spain, he was hired by JLL as a commercial consultant. Performing remarketing of premises in shopping centers nationwide, advising franchises for new implementations, customer search for developers.
From 2012-2018 Freelance. Searching for land for developers, as well as logistics operators and end users.
From 2018 to 2019 returns again to agency signed Area Asesores Inmobiliarios as senior Advisory. Searching for industrial land for large developers of industrial buildings, presentation of viable projects for future construction, sale of properties in profitability.
He joined COLLIERS in November 2019, within the Capital Markets department, in the I&L branch as Senior Analyst, working on land sales transactions to large funds as well as transactions of profitable operations. In 2022 he was promoted to Associate Director.
Cristina Mateo joined Colliers International in February 2019 in the Industrial & Logistics department.
She has 12 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, starting in Atisreal (BNP Paribas Real Estate) supporting the Industrial and Logistics department in all transactions. During her career she has also been part of the Investment Department for 6 years, specializing in analysis and control of different type of industrial and logistics assets. During is career she has been responsible of the pre-commercialization management which includes all relationships with different digital media companies and product marketing.
