Architect, expert in the field of urban planning and territorial planning, having completed a Masters Degree MSC in Urban and Territorial Planning in Madrid's Architecture School (ETSAM) at Univesidad Politécnica de Madrid. She also has an extensive experience in workplace and interior design.
Having worked in the sector since 2014 she captures the client’s needs and expectations in order to deliver creative and functional projects in a timely and professional manner. Responsible, committed, demanding and efficient team player that works to achieve the best results in search of excellence.
Before joining Colliers, she was part of HOLArquitectura team where, amongst other relevant projects, participated in two mayor accomplishments: winning the San Fernando Business Park refurbishment competition for Starwood Capital and the complete renovation competition of Blackstone’s 13,000 square metres office building, located at 10 Francisco Gervás Street in Madrid.
In collaboration with CBRE she was part of the design team developing the guidelines and design standards for NTT, the fourth largest telecommunications company in the world, working worldwide in cities such as Vienna, London, Chicago and Sunnyvale (Silicon Valley).
Nicole also has been part of winning architecture and design teams both in national and international competitions. And has collaborated with two tile companies, Mosaic del Sur (Spain) and Aguayo tiles (Dominican Republic), designing the patterns for a complete tile collection.
