Carmen joined the Valuation and Advisory team at Colliers International in June 2019 as an Analyst. She is an expert in valuations, urban planning, market analysis and analysis of feasibility of development projects.
Carmen has proven experience in this sector, supporting different departments of some Real Estate companies and taking part, among other tasks, in valuations and reports of assets and portfolios and due diligence processes. Other works include research and modelling tasks, analysis and management of portfolios and urban and feasibility analysis.

Valuation & Consulting | Director
Raul is Director of Valuations & Consulting at Collier Spain.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, taking part in the valuation of extensive portfolios as well as individual assets for different purposes, including accounting and financing.
Raul has a long experience in real estate valuations, both from the advisory side and from the banking side. From 2006 to 2014 Raul worked at Eurohypo, being involved in the financing of commercial property and real estate companies.
Prior to join Colliers, Raul worked as associate director at Catella.
Isabel is Associated Director in the Valuation & Advisory department at Colliers International Spain. She specialises in the hotel sector, asset valuation, real estate advisory and urban regulations.
In 2014 she joined irea’s technical support team, currently Colliers International Spain. She continued her career at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Division in 2018. Since then she has taken part in more than a hundred real estate projects carrying out valuation reports, feasibility studies, urban regulation analysis, project optimization, evaluation of the investment needs and design and development review. Other Works include analysis and valuation of debt and assets portfolios, singular assets and advisory in property transactions. She has also taken part in several projects related to the sale or restructuring and refinancing real estate companies. Additionally, is highly experienced in the analysis and valuation of hotels.
Miguel joined the Valuation&Advisory team at Irea (now Colliers) in September 2017 as analyst. Miguel is an expert in valuations, urban planning, market analysis and design / feasibility of development projects.
Miguel gained international experience in London working for South Kensington Property Management, a property management firm, previous to joining Irea (now Colliers).
