He began his professional career in 2006 in the I&L department of King Sturge as a junior real estate consultant, performing sales of industrial buildings, land, search and acquisition of all types of real estate assets.
In 2005 he was hired by Summa Real State as director of the south warehouse in Madrid, managing a team of several people and carrying out transactions in the sale of warehouses and land.
In 2006 he returned to King Sturge as Director of Developments. In 2006 he returned to King Sturge as Director of Developments, searching for industrial land for large developers of industrial buildings, presenting viable projects for future construction and advising on market prices. In 2008 and the beginning of the crisis in Spain, he was hired by JLL as a commercial consultant. Performing remarketing of premises in shopping centers nationwide, advising franchises for new implementations, customer search for developers.
From 2012-2018 Freelance. Searching for land for developers, as well as logistics operators and end users.
From 2018 to 2019 returns again to agency signed Area Asesores Inmobiliarios as senior Advisory. Searching for industrial land for large developers of industrial buildings, presentation of viable projects for future construction, sale of properties in profitability.
He joined COLLIERS in November 2019, within the Capital Markets department, in the I&L branch as Senior Analyst, working on land sales transactions to large funds as well as transactions of profitable operations. In 2022 he was promoted to Associate Director.

-4.000 sq/m logistics platform for rent to the German grocery chain ALDI.

- Advising on the sale of a portfolio of industrial buildings for rent in Villaverde to the British investment fund ANGELO GORDON.

- Sale of an intermodal platform with a surface area of approximately 60,000 sq/m in profitability to a Spanish investment fund.

- Sale of a logistics platform in Barcelona with a surface of 22.000 square meters to the investment fund MERIDIA CAPITAL.

- Sale of industrial land in San Andres, Mondragon (Guipuzcoa) with a surface area of 71.922 sq/m  owned by the  MONDRAGON CORPORATION.

- Sale of Industrial land for sale in Garagarza, Mondragon (Guipuzcoa) with a surface area of 114.240 sq/m. owned by MONDRAGON  CORPORATION 

- Leasing  of a Logistics Platform to DIA GROUP with a surface area of 7,000 sq/m in El Prat, Barcelona.

- Leasing of a Logistics Platform to IPPASA GROUP  with a surface area of 3,OOO  sq/m in  Olias del Rey, Toledo.

- Sale & Leaseback operation to BARSAN LOGISTICS of its facilities in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

- Sale of land for ALDI GROUP for the opening of one of its new supermarkets in Madrid, with a surface area of 5,000 sq/m

- Advice and intermediation of the American hydrogen factory CUMMINS for the purchase of a 60,000 square metre plot of land in Guadalajara.

- Sale & Leaseback of MADEMarket report on rental income in the Corredor del Henares area, A2 for BMW Spain.RA FIBER TECNOLOGIES facilities with an area of 11,351 square meters on a plot of 40,971 square meters in the city of Vigo, Pontevedra. 

- Intermediation and presentation of  the turnkey project for the last mile logistics operator PAACK in Murcia, Spain with the developer HISPAVIMA.

- Market report on rental income in the Corredor del Henares area, A2  Highway for BMW Spain.

- Search for change of corporate headquarters of SBD Spain to a new location in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid with a total area of 713 sqm.
