I joined Colliers in March 2019 for ESPRONCEDA 32, a residential new development in the heart of Chamberí, a historical district in Madrid.
Before I worked in Savills Aguirre Newman as Senior Residential Consultant, taking responsibility for International Residential, the tower Riverside Homes and the launching of Castellana 76 (2017-2019).
I lived 3 years in Austria and there I had the opportunity to work in EHL Immobilien and get to know the Vienna residential market (2015-2016).
Before it I was Academic Researcher, writing and publishing works, attending conferences and participating in research groups at the university (2008-2014).
I joined Colliers in October 2019 starting with the Levitt Lazarejo project, a residential priject in las Rozas, Madrid. In this I performed functions as Junior Consultant, which allowed me to know different customer profiles.
After this, I had the opportunity to enter the residential project of Arroyofresno, Quintablanca and Portablanca. In this I expanded my functions being able to take care about customers in the purchase process and carry in order the new entries.
Thirdly, I entered the project 19 Martínez Campos, a new project in the heart of Madrid. Thanks to this I have been able to perform very different functions that expand my knowledge in the exercise of this profession.
I have always worked in the legal or real estate departments, in many different companies: retail, restoration...
From 2016 to 2019 I had the opportunity to learn first-hand about the retail sector from the hand of a toy company, later I made the transition to the world of restaurants, to enter fully into the residential world shortly after.
At Colliers I am pleased to be involved in the final process of the sale of a Residential Real Estate Promotion

Since 2007- Montse joined Colliers in 2007, one year after the launch of the Company in Spain. She has a very solid experience having undertaken diverse projects in the following fields: market research, consultancy, investment and Residential Sales Advisory at Colliers in Spain. Montse has diverse experience in coordinating sales processes and coordinating the distinct teams involved i.e. commercial, technical and legal.
Natalia joined Colliers International Spain in December 2020 as Junior Consultant.
She has worked as a lawyer in the next law firms; Iuris Tantum, in the department of civil and criminal procedural law, and in an office of Allianz Seguros.
Previously she has developed her activity in the Real Estate Company Boss Inmobiliaria.

Ana is Senior Consultant of the Residential Sales Advisory department at Colliers International, where she joined in Dec 2020.
From 2003 to 2014 she joined Irea Corporate Finance and became Director of the Corporate Finance Division. During this period she specialised on M&A and asset transactions on both the sale and the buy side, debt restructuring, valuation and strategic planning, mostly in the Real Estate, Retail, Construction and Hospitality sectors.
In 2014 she moved to Málaga and became the CFO of Grupo Myramar, one of the largest and most relevant real estate developers in Andalusia, with a portfolio of land for the development of more than 2.500 residential units, two shopping centers and a retail park with 70.000 sqm GLA in the Malaga province and two aparthotels with 385 apartments under management. She was member of the Steering Committee and was responsible for the Finance, Administration, Legal, HR and the IT departments.
In 2016 she stablished in Marbella where she co-founded Jetboat Marbella, a nautical and leisure company focused in water activities, charter and boat services. More than 20K passengers welcomed aboard and awarded as Water Sports Company of the year 2017 & 2018 in Marbella and Adventure Activity Provider 2019 in Spain by The Luxury Travel Guide, as well as Adventure Experience of the Year 2020 in Andalusia by the Travel & Hospitality Awards.
After 5 years specialising in the nautical and tourism sectors but allways keeping in mind her finance and real estate background, Ana joined the Colliers' Residential Sales Advisory team at Costa del Sol, where she is now Senior Sales Consultant.
