Ana is Senior Consultant of the Residential Sales Advisory department at Colliers International, where she joined in Dec 2020.
From 2003 to 2014 she joined Irea Corporate Finance and became Director of the Corporate Finance Division. During this period she specialised on M&A and asset transactions on both the sale and the buy side, debt restructuring, valuation and strategic planning, mostly in the Real Estate, Retail, Construction and Hospitality sectors.
In 2014 she moved to Málaga and became the CFO of Grupo Myramar, one of the largest and most relevant real estate developers in Andalusia, with a portfolio of land for the development of more than 2.500 residential units, two shopping centers and a retail park with 70.000 sqm GLA in the Malaga province and two aparthotels with 385 apartments under management. She was member of the Steering Committee and was responsible for the Finance, Administration, Legal, HR and the IT departments.
In 2016 she stablished in Marbella where she co-founded Jetboat Marbella, a nautical and leisure company focused in water activities, charter and boat services. More than 20K passengers welcomed aboard and awarded as Water Sports Company of the year 2017 & 2018 in Marbella and Adventure Activity Provider 2019 in Spain by The Luxury Travel Guide, as well as Adventure Experience of the Year 2020 in Andalusia by the Travel & Hospitality Awards.
After 5 years specialising in the nautical and tourism sectors but allways keeping in mind her finance and real estate background, Ana joined the Colliers' Residential Sales Advisory team at Costa del Sol, where she is now Senior Sales Consultant.
More than 40 corporate groups advised, including some of the main Spanish real estate and shopping center developers, institutional investors, family offices, industrial companies and bank institutions. More than €2.000 million of financial debt restructured, completed near €300 million worth of asset and M&A transactions, raised €38 million of bank funding for the development of “Muelle Uno” shopping center in Málaga and established a Joint Venture for the development of another shopping center in Spain (confidential location). She has also been involved in providing advisory services on the the purchase of a debt portfolio of €4.500 million of face value to Apollo, Banco Santander, Citibank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (Project Octopus).
Ana is currently advising Excem RE in the sale of the LIORA Estepona by Pininfarina project, a residential development that comprises 37 luxury apartments in Estepona's beach frontline that will be the fist building designed by Pininfarina in Spain . And also Bodegas la Melonera in the sale of The Wine & Country Club project in Ronda, that comprises 28 luxury winegrowing farms in Ronda.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics by the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid and also a Master's Degree in Financial Management by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid

Iñigo started his proffesional activity working for CBRE in Andalusia. He joined the firm in 1998 as consultant for market studies, land marketing, property valuation.
In 2001, Iñigo opened the Malaga office with regional responsibility for East Andalusia.
In 2005 is promoted to co-director for Regional delegation.
In 2010, is named CBRE Regional Director for whole Andalusia with full responsibility in all lines of business: residential, offices, industrial , valuation, high street, capital markets.
In 2017 Iñigo founded a new consultant firm named MRC CNSLTNG, The new company created by two professionals of real estate sector in Andalusia, putting together the expertise of more than 50 years of work in the area.
In that new project, Iñigo was on charge of develop the lines of sale of land, agency, consultancy and commercialization of residential projects, due to he has broad experience in those lines of work. MRC CNSLTNG performs its work in the area of Andalucia and has its office in Málaga.
In september 2019 Iñigo joins Colliers International as Director of Andalusia Office.
He actively collaborates with the sectorial magazine Andalucia Inmobiliaria.
