Colliers 2022 Global Impact Report
Our third annual report highlights our progress towards realizing a more sustainable and equitable future for all. As we build for our future, explore how we deliver resilient buildings, inclusive workplaces, and spaces that promote health and wellbeing.
Our approach to ESG
Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) is the blueprint to doing what’s right – one of our core values. Our ESG strategy, Elevate the Built Environment, includes measurable targets and ensures that ESG remains at the forefront of how we do business. We mapped our goals against three areas where Colliers can make the biggest difference:
- Elevating the Environment: Minimizing environmental impacts in Colliers’ own operations and through client services to elevate the health of our planet.
- Elevating Inclusiveness: Increasing diversity, equity and inclusion within Colliers and across its procurement practices to foster environments that are inclusive and engaged.
- Elevating Health & Wellbeing: Promoting health & wellbeing in Colliers’ operations and through client services to help improve lives.

Supplier Diversity Statement
Promoting an environment for diverse and small businesses to thrive is important to Colliers, and to our clients for whom we manage procurement of services and goods. We support businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged groups of all backgrounds as part of our efforts to reflect the diversity of the communities in which we operate, and to strengthen those communities. We seek to increase the number of such suppliers to our company and to our clients.
Colliers’ support is reflected in an inclusive procurement process that provides the maximum opportunity for diverse and small businesses to participate as partners and suppliers. We are proactively reaching out to qualified vendors when sourcing opportunities are available. These vendors must be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by persons from socially and economically disadvantaged groups, as identified through our third-party vendor-certification provider. We encourage diverse suppliers to connect with Colliers if they are interested in participating in our program, and register in our database at https://supplierone.co/.
