The performance of the Cairo hotel market is showing a tremendous improvement in comparison to previous years. 2018 ADR is forecasted to stabilize at $115/per night. In this paper, we are focusing on Cairo's hotel market performance in terms of KPls, supply & segmentation and current trends/ outlook. Overall, Colliers is very positive on the current performance of the market, and is optimistic on potential future growth prospects, which we outline later in this paper.
