Nygårdsvej 27, a corner property comprising 38 residential units, has been acquired by Europa Capital. Colliers was sell-side advisor, facilitating the sale on behalf of domestic Thylander Group.

Nygårdsvej 27 is a modern rental property with a total lettable area of 3,647 sq m above ground, with residential units accounting for 3,583 sq m and one retail unit for the residual 64 sq m. Developed by Copi Group, the property is an infill building dating from 2017.

The property benefits from a corner location at Nygårdsvej/Masnedøgade in the Copenhagen district of Østerbro, a highly attractive location in proximity of Fælledparken (a 59-ha public park), shopping opportunities, metro and S-train stations, etc.

The buyer is Europa Diversified Income Fund, a fund managed by UK real estate investment manager Europa Capital. Europa Capital is headquartered in London and is partly owned by Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd, one of the largest property investors in the world.
