On behalf of HL Management A/S, Colliers has sold a portfolio of six residential properties in sought-after Copenhagen districts.
Comprising a total GLA of some 14,000 sq m distributed over 135 rental units, including 97 residential units, in six properties across Copenhagen, ranging from the historical city centre to Brønshøj and Vanløse, the portfolio is well-diversified and offers an attractive volume. In addition, the residential units are well aligned with current market demand in terms of unit sizes, quality, affordability and location. Most of the residential units are comprised by the rules of cost-regulated rent.

“We had the pleasure of representing HL Management A/S in the sale of the company’s first fund, HLM Fond I. Despite the relatively short life span of this fund, the company had managed to build a streamlined, upgraded and well-managed portfolio of residential properties in attractive locations. Very impressive. We believe that Viga RE is the right buyer to take over the portfolio operations,” says Frederik Møllebjerg, Director of Colliers’ Capital Markets, Copenhagen.
In addition to Colliers, sell-side advisors included law firm Gangsted as well as PwC, while Viga RE was represented by law firm Gorrissen Federspiel in connection with the transaction.
