Domestic pension funds acquire Accura’s future Copenhagen head office

On behalf of domestic law firm Accura, Colliers has facilitated the forward sale of a head-office development scheme at Alexandriagade 8 in the Copenhagen district of Nordhavn. The buyers are Velliv and Industriens Pension. The head office is under construction, with completion scheduled for 2022.

The property is fully let to Accura. On completion, it will comprise 13,180 sq m space in a top waterfront location at Nordhavn.

“An increasing number of businesses are recognising the merits of Nordhavn, in particular with the opening of the new metro line, CityRingen. Multiple office users have chosen Nordhavn as their head-office location, including law firm Kromann Reumert, DFDS, mortgage bank Nykredit and NREP”, says Jacob Bruun Borring, Manager Capital Markets with Colliers, heading the sales efforts together with Peter Winther and Frederik Møllebjerg.

Undergoing a substantial transformation process, Nordhavn strives to become the future sustainable district of Copenhagen. Indeed, the new head-office building will be a sustainable building expected to achieve DGBN Gold Certification.
