Troels’ primary area of expertise is optimisation and innovation of Colliers Denmark to ensure Colliers provides high-quality services and products to our clients in efficient ways. He drives Colliers’ strategic process, digital development and quality management, ESG, Marketing & Communciations and he is responsible for our operational processes, service delivery models, implementation of the strategic portfolio and alignment with the Colliers Group in general. The Colliers Development Team is also orchestrated by Troels.
