Ditlev primarily provides advisory services relating to investment properties. In addition, Ditlev is appointed by the Danish association of certified estate agents to provide expert opinions on cases.

Peter’s primary tasks are management of Colliers’ Danish user segments and mid-market investment properties in Copenhagen. Peter is a real estate agent and primarily facilitates transactions and provides investment advice in addition to assisting with city development projects, lettings and valuations.

Stefan’s primary area of expertise is sale and mediation of investment properties as well as industrial and logistics properties. 

Karen’s primary task is case management related to valuations, sales and leases with primary focus on investment properties and lease agreements. In addition, Karen participates in due diligence processes and has the administrative responsibility for public tenders.

Michael primarily works with mid-market investment and residential letting properties in Copenhagen and Zealand as well as with project development within all residential segments. Michael primarily facilitates transactions and provides investment advice in addition to assisting with city development projects, lettings and valuations.
