Hjördís’ primary areas of expertise are creative concept development, design and advisory services regarding workplace solutions. On a practical level, she designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on workplace culture, conduct and company DNA. Hjördís can guide you on everything from space planning, space programmes, furniture, lighting, and acoustics to decisions on colours and materials. Hjördís also prepares the graphical aspects of presentations, test fits and drawing documentation. She facilitates full-cycle projects from concept to completion.
Hjördís has 10+ years of experience in the field of Interior Design, which also consists of extensive design work within the field of restaurants and hotels, as well as bespoke furniture and custom builds.

My Team
Tine’s primary area of expertise is to develop creative concepts, design and advice on workplace solutions. On a practical level, Tine designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on work culture, conduct and company DNA. She can guide you on everything from choice of location to space planning, space programmes, vision sessions, furniture typology, lighting, acoustics, colours and colour psychology as well as the impact of choice of materials and usage of biophilia in our spaces and on our general wellbeing.
Tine has 20+ years experience in the Interior Design field. She has designed restaurants, showrooms, exhibitions, retail and shop design. Tine has designed custommade furniture for several interior projects and designed her own furniture / lighting design pieces in collaboration with Nordic design companies.
Tine facilitates group sessions on stay vs go, company vision, change and behaviour to determine our clients’ needs and expectations. She also facilitates full-cycle change management processes and enjoys sharing workplace trends, data and inspiration within interior design, colors and material in Talks.
Mette’s primary area of expertise is to develop and design workplace solutions. On a practical level, Mette designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on work culture, conduct and company DNA. She can guide you on everything from space planning, furniture and acoustics to decisions on colours and materials. Mette also works with the graphical aspect of presentations, test fits and 3D visualisations.
Ulrich works with both tenant representation, strategic real estate advisory, and property portfolio management. Key tasks are project management and consultancy in connection with search and selection of leaseholds, and lease regears. Ulrich further advises major Danish corporations on central property related aspects, such as corporate governance, processes, organisation, business relations, and data.
Peter advises companies on a holistic approach within the lease, on a solid technical and financial base. This include advicing clients to identify their needs, technical project management, input on area usage, interior design, fitout and costs, as well as negotiating the client's technical and financial obligations in new, as well as existing, lease contracts.
Andreas’ primary tasks are to provide advisory services to companies and organisations relating to property management and use. This includes strategies and solutions to optimise the use of the individual property and support the client’s business and organisation. Andreas also prepares workplace strategies and provides advisory services on the legal and commercial aspects of a lease.
Sandra’s primary tasks are case and project management in Occupier Services, where she supports the tenant advisors.
