Selected sell-side advisory transactions

Industrial/logistics – 2019
Sale of a logistics facility of 74,000 sq m in Horsens and primarily let to DSV Logistics. 
The transaction was possibly the largest logistics property transaction of the year.
Seller: Private investor. Buyer: International property fund.

Office – 2019
Sale of two office properties spanning a total of approx. 60,000 sq m in Aarhus N. This transaction could be the largest office property transaction in Aarhus in history. 
One of the properties is the global headquarters of Vestas Wind Systems A/S and the other is a multi-tenant office facility.
Seller: Sampension and Solstra Capital Partners. Buyer: JØP and DIP (Danish pension funds).

Residential – 2019
Sale of a residential 7-block building complex on a turn-key basis with delivery in 2020. The complex is located in Åbyhøj/Aarhus.
Seller: AabyCity Holding (group of local developers). Buyer: Catella Residential Investment Management on behalf of a German pension fund.

Residential – 2020
Sale of a residential rental property in Orestad, Copenhagen, comprising 107 flats on 7,700 sq m.
The transaction was structured as an asset deal with significant deferred tax.
Seller: Private investors. Buyer: Danish property fund

Retail – 2020
Sale of a mixed-use property in Silkeborg with retail and production of bread etc. Fully let to Lagkagehuset.
Seller: Private investor. Buyer: Club deal with private investors.

Selected tenant representation

Ernst & Young Denmark – 2019
Renegotiation of Ernst & Young’s lease agreement with Topdanmark on the company’s regional headquarters in Aarhus, which houses approx. 230 employees.
Team lead of the relocation of Ernst & Young’s offices when the company signed a lease agreement with PFA Pension on a turn-key office project in Odense.

Emerson Climate Technologies – 2020
Negotiation of an agreement on Emerson’s early exit from its 3,700 sq m lease in Aarhus, despite a relatively long non-terminability period according to the lease agreement
