Peter is Executive Director and heads Colliers’ Danish Investment & Capital Markets teams. Peter provides strategic property consultancy services and facilitates the sale of commercial and investment properties, including hotels and shopping centres, as well as property portfolios and companies.
Peter’s primary tasks are management of Colliers’ Danish user segments and mid-market investment properties in Copenhagen. Peter is a real estate agent and primarily facilitates transactions and provides investment advice in addition to assisting with city development projects, lettings and valuations.

Alexandra's primary tasks are case and project management, including quality assurance, proofreading, translation and ensuring compliance with Danish money laundering regulations.
Andreas’ primary areas of expertise are sale and mediation of investment properties and providing strategic investment advisory services.
Andreas’ primary tasks are to provide advisory services to companies and organisations relating to property management and use. This includes strategies and solutions to optimise the use of the individual property and support the client’s business and organisation. Andreas also prepares workplace strategies and provides advisory services on the legal and commercial aspects of a lease.
Annakarin is responsible for Colliers’ payroll services, including reporting, accounting and reconciliation.
She prepares payroll reports, statistics and analyses for the CFO and HR and assists HR in preparing contracts and addendums and other administrative tasks in connection with employee onboarding and offboarding, pension schemes, cost reimbursements etc.
Furthermore, Annakarin is part of Colliers’ Danish Compliance team with special focus on GDPR.
Camilla’s primary areas of expertise are letting of office properties and letting, assignment and sale of retail areas in Copenhagen.
Caroline’s primary tasks are to prepare sales prospectuses, pitches, presentations, public tenders and agreements, which includes proofreading, translation, project coordination, graphic design and client contact.
Christoffer assists the Valuation & Advisory team, which involves extensive data compilation, processing and analytical work.
Ditlev primarily provides advisory services relating to investment properties. In addition, Ditlev is appointed by the Danish association of certified estate agents to provide expert opinions on cases.
Elizabeth’s primary tasks are case and project management, including quality assurance, proofreading, translation and ensuring compliance with Danish money laundering regulations.
Emil is Head of the Valuation & Advisory team in Copenhagen and has vast experience with the investment requirements of international clients as well as major Danish pension funds. Areas of expertise include preparing detailed market analyses and valuations and sale of commercial and investment properties as well as advising clients on strategic investment decisions.
Emma’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
Emma is part of the administrative staff and the Danish Compliance team ensuring Colliers’ compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations.
She also mans the reception desk in Copenhagen.
Flemming provides financial and administrative advice and support to Colliers’ management team, focusing on the finance department's role as a proactive and value-creating sounding board.
Frederik offers general strategic advice as well as transaction advisory services in connection with acquisitions and divestments of high-volume real estate assets and real estate-related companies.
Gregers is responsible for Colliers’ Danish research function. He has a strong track record with project management of data-driven research, and his primary tasks are related to preparing statistical and econometric analyses.
Helle’s primary area of expertise is to sell and let industrial, logistics and investment properties. In addition, Helle prepares valuation reports for pension funds, mortgage institutions, banks, private investors and municipalities.
Helle’s primary areas of expertise are sale and letting of industrial and logistics properties and related advisory services, but she also works with investment and development cases.
Henrik’s primary area of expertise is office leasing in and around Copenhagen. Henrik further has extensive experience with residential property transactions as well as the construction industry.
Hjördís’ primary areas of expertise are creative concept development, design and advisory services regarding workplace solutions. On a practical level, she designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on workplace culture, conduct and company DNA. Hjördís can guide you on everything from space planning, space programmes, furniture, lighting, and acoustics to decisions on colours and materials. Hjördís also prepares the graphical aspects of presentations, test fits and drawing documentation. She facilitates full-cycle projects from concept to completion.
Hjördís has 10+ years of experience in the field of Interior Design, which also consists of extensive design work within the field of restaurants and hotels, as well as bespoke furniture and custom builds.
Ieva is Head of Design in our award-winning in-house graphics team, and she is responsible for the Colliers brand in Denmark. Ieva has vast experience in visual communication, branding and marketing. Her primary tasks include concept development, art direction and design of print and digital marketing collateral. In addition, Ieva is responsible for the support and development of the design team and management of marketing operations and suppliers.
Jacob’s primary areas of expertise are mediation of industrial and logistics properties (sale and letting) as well as project and investment properties, including sale and lease back.
Jakob’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
Jakob is responsible for Colliers’ communication strategy across all media and platforms. He initiates and implements strategies to maintain Colliers’ position as a market leader and differentiate Colliers through comprehensive market insight. Jeppe’s primary tasks are project management and advisory services in relation to large Capital Markets transactions with Danish and international institutional investors, investment funds and pension funds. In addition, Jeppe works selectively with M&A transactions involving property companies, contractors, development companies and other trade-specific companies.
Julie assists the project coordinators in Valuation & Advisory with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Karen’s primary task is case management related to valuations, sales and leases with primary focus on investment properties and lease agreements. In addition, Karen participates in due diligence processes and has the administrative responsibility for public tenders.
Kristian's primary areas of expertise are mediation of commercial and investment properties as well as property-related advisory services and strategic planning.
Laila’s primary tasks include case management relating to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Lau’s primary areas of expertise are to provide advisory services to Danish and international businesses and organisations as well as implementation – including identification of lease premises, lease negotiations, sale of properties and other tasks related to real estate in Denmark and abroad.
Line is Head of Retail in Copenhagen, and her primary areas of expertise are leasing, sale, valuation and assignment of retail areas as well as sale of investment properties. Line also represents the tenant/buyer side, providing advisory services on localisation of future leases, lease negotiation, relocation and optimisation of existing retail areas.
Lisa’s primary tasks include case management relating to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Martin’s primary areas of expertise are office letting and lease advisory services.
Mette’s primary area of expertise is to develop and design workplace solutions. On a practical level, Mette designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on work culture, conduct and company DNA. She can guide you on everything from space planning, furniture and acoustics to decisions on colours and materials. Mette also works with the graphical aspect of presentations, test fits and 3D visualisations.
Mikkel assists the Valuation & Advisory team, which involves extensive data compilation, processing and analytical work.
Muhamed is Deputy Head of the Valuation & Advisory team in Copenhagen and has vast experience with the investment requirements of international clients as well as major Danish pension funds. This include advicing clients to identify their needs, technical project management, input on area usage, interior design, fitout and costs, as well as negotiating the client's technical and financial obligations in new, as well as existing, lease contracts.
Peter assists the Valuation & Advisory team, which involves extensive data compilation, processing and analytical work.
Randi is head of Colliers’ reception team and part of our administrative and financial staff. She mans the reception desk in Copenhagen, organises office supplies and is responsible for filing and invoicing. She is also responsible for creditor follow-up and planning customer events, receptions and anniversaries.
In addition, Randi is part of the Danish Compliance team ensuring Colliers’ compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations.
Rie is part of Colliers Development, and her primary tasks are to support Colliers’ continuous development and improvement through management and implementation of strategic national projects within e.g. HR, marketing, IT, finance and process optimisation.
Rie is also team leader for the Valuation & Advisory department’s project coordinators.
Sebastian’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
Sebastian's primary tasks are case and project management, including quality assurance, proofreading, translation and ensuring compliance with Danish money laundering regulations.

Thora is also editor of the market update Colliers PULSE and one of the driving forces behind Colliers’ annual Danish market report.
Tina primarily works with letting and sale of user and investment properties in the office, industrial and logistics segments as well as project development.
Tina’s primary tasks include case management relating to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Tine’s primary area of expertise is to develop creative concepts, design and advice on workplace solutions. On a practical level, Tine designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on work culture, conduct and company DNA. She can guide you on everything from choice of location to space planning, space programmes, vision sessions, furniture typology, lighting, acoustics, colours and colour psychology as well as the impact of choice of materials and usage of biophilia in our spaces and on our general wellbeing.
Tine has 20+ years experience in the Interior Design field. She has designed restaurants, showrooms, exhibitions, retail and shop design. Tine has designed custommade furniture for several interior projects and designed her own furniture / lighting design pieces in collaboration with Nordic design companies.
Tine facilitates group sessions on stay vs go, company vision, change and behaviour to determine our clients’ needs and expectations. She also facilitates full-cycle change management processes and enjoys sharing workplace trends, data and inspiration within interior design, colors and material in Talks.
Troels’ primary area of expertise is optimisation of operations to ensure Colliers provides high-quality services and products to our clients in efficient ways. He drives Colliers’ strategic process, digital development and quality management, and he is responsible for our operational processes, service delivery models, implementation of the strategic portfolio and alignment with the Colliers Group in general. The Colliers Development Team is also orchestrated by Troels.
Ulrich works with both tenant representation, strategic real estate advisory, and property portfolio management. Key tasks are project management and consultancy in connection with search and selection of leaseholds, and lease regears. Ulrich further advises major Danish corporations on central property related aspects, such as corporate governance, processes, organisation, business relations, and data.
Victor assists the project coordinators in the Valuation & Advisory department with ad hoc administrative tasks.
