Carsten Gørtz Petersen is CEO of Colliers in Denmark with the overall responsibility for the company, including growth, organization, strategy, and organizational development. Carsten is involved in key transactions, valuation of commercial, residential and investment properties as well as property portfolios. He also offers advisory services to public and private clients.
From his previous positions, Carsten has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and another 20 years of experience in financial consulting, predominantly in the real estate industry.

Allan primarily works with IT administration, purchasing of IT equipment and implementation of new IT systems.
Anders has broad experience in all aspects of real estate investments focusing on Capital Markets transactions and selected advisory services.
Daily tasks include execution of transactions on behalf of Danish and international investors, valuation advisory services, selected lease assignments and tenant representation.
He has a strong track record providing independent expert's reports for courts and/or leading attorneys at law on the market rent of commercial leases and the market value of residential and commercial properties.
Anja’s primary task is case management related to retail, industrial and logistics properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Anne is part of Colliers’ marketing team. Anne’s primary tasks include advertising, event management and marketing automation. Further, she assists with Colliers’ Danish website, newsletters and social media accounts.
Brian is part of Colliers’ in-house graphics team. He is responsible for Colliers Danmark’s visual communication and identity, publications, concept development and other graphic projects.

As head of HR, Charlotte helps build Colliers in Denmark by focusing on employee happiness, communication, administration and quality.
Christina’s primary tasks are case and project management, including proofreading, translating and graphic design.
Connie’s primary task is case management related to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Hans’ areas of expertise are selling and letting, primarily storage and logistics properties but also commercial and investment properties, including residential letting properties.
Jacob’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
Jeppe’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
Jeppe also has experience in auditing property companies.
